Sync return and exchange events (approved, received, refunded, exchanged, restocked) from Shopify or return apps so the tracking page can show customers clear return status and updates.

I find it frustrating that the app doesn't transmit the delivery status to Shopify, even though it already has that information. This seems like a basic feature that should be included, as it is standard for any tracking app. It would greatly enhance the functionality and integration with Shopify.

You can subscribe to specific webhooks (e.g., Out for Delivery, Exception, Delivered) and forward them to any system or automation tool you use (Zapier, Make, internal system). This improves workflow automation and reduces manual monitoring.

Manually adjust how tracking numbers map to carriers when the auto-detector misidentifies them. This helps improve tracking accuracy and reduces “unknown” or “not found” cases Example: Tracking number “7345346…” was auto-mapped to USPS, but you want to correct it to Yanwen for accurate tracking.
